Welcome to our School of Money Management section. We are providing free enrollment into the DebtGuard Management System® for the purpose of improving your money management skills, increasing your financial awareness and modifying your financial behavior for the better.

Study Chapter 1 – Organizing Your Financial Life
Study Chapter 2 – Building Budgeting Skills
Study Chapter 3 – Basics of Credit Cards
Study Chapter 4 – Focus on Debt
Study Chapter 5 – Understanding Debt
Study Chapter 6 – Getting Out of Debt
Study Chapter 7 – Dealing with Unpaid Debts
Study Chapter 8 – The Basics of Credit
Study Chapter 9 – Understanding Credit Reports
Study Chapter 10 – Credit Scores and Their Affects

All ten self-study chapters are written in an easy-to-study format with materials that provide a stress free way to learn effective money management skills.

What Do Graduates Receive?

Individuals that successfully complete all three courses and pass all ten self-study chapters tests will be registered into a national online database which can be accessed by the graduate to verify their successful completion of the DebtGuard Management System®, money management certification program.

In addition, each graduate will receive a Graduate’s Completion Package, which includes:

Certificate of Completion – This certificate displays a graduate's dedication, accomplishment and achievement of their successful completion of the DebtGuard Management System®. Graduates can present this certificate to credit lenders, which could entitle them to special incentives and discounts depending on the lender and type of loan or credit applied for.

Credit Reporting Cards – Each graduate will receive three cards to be mailed to TransUnion, Equifax & Experian. These cards can increase your creditworthiness by adding a positive statement to your credit file, which can be viewed by lenders as well as all credit inquiries. The statement that will be added to your credit file is as follows:

STATEMENT: I have received a certificate of completion, certifying that I have successfully completed three study courses and ten self-directed certification test on money, debt & credit responsibilities within the DebtGuard Money Management Certification Program. Proof of my certificate of completion and testing information can be verified. My certificate of completion registration number is [number placed here].
