     1529 W Gore Blvd

1) Who qualifies for our Debt Management/Payment  program?

      A. Anyone who has $2000 or more in insecured debt (credit cards, personal loans, etc), 18 years or older,

and currently employed or, at least, have a regular income

2) What kind of debts does The Debt Clinic help with?

     A. We help with unsecured loans such as credit cards, personal loans, medical bills, past-due utility bills, etc..

That includes even back taxes with the I.R.S. and state tax commissions.

We do not consolidate and cannot reduce monthly payments on vehicle loans or home mortgages, unless

repossession or foreclosure action has already been taken.

3) Will our debt management program stop collection calls?

     A. Collections calls typically stop once the creditor starts receiving payments through The Debt Clinic.

If they continue, please contact us.

4) How will our Debt Management/Payment program help me?

     A. Contrary to popular belief, debt management IS NOT A LOAN! A debt management program allows you to make a single

monthly payment that is in turn distributed to your creditors. This eliminates the need to make individual payments to each

of your creditors. Many of the creditors allow you to reduce your monthly payment and reduce interest and late charges

and stop collection calls. That way, more of your payment goes to reducing your debt, therefore getting you out of debt faster.

5) How will my creditors know I have joined the debt management program?

      A. Once you have enrolled in our debt management program and all paperwork has been received, a proposal is sent to each

of your creditors for the amount indicated by your counselor

6) Is our debt management program the same thing as filing bankruptcy?

      A. ABSOLUTELY NOT!! Bankruptcy is a proceeding in a federal court in which the assets of an individual experiencing financial

difficulty are sold, and the individual is relieved of further liability to their creditors. However, bankruptcy will stay on your

credit report for 7 to 10 years and will greatly hinder your ability to obtain new credit. Our debt management program is an

actual repayment of the debt and a "cleaning-up" of your credit report - and also boosting your credit score, as your balances

          are paid down.

7) How will our debt management program affect my credit?

       A. Our agency works with many creditors who will re-age or bring current your account thereby removing the current

delinquency rating on the account. This is done by making consistent payments thru through the program.

8) What if I'm behind or not paying my bills, do I still qualify?

      A. YES! Our program is designed exactly for this situation. We work with you and your creditors to create an affordable and

           manageable budget.

9) How do I get started?

      A. Contact us by any of several ways: phone, email, fax, mail, or walk-in. OUR CONTACT INFO IS TO THE RIGHT.

A representative will contact you in 24 - 48 hours after we get your message.
